Michael Baird was born in Lawrence Kansas, and a Colorado resident since 1997, he is an alumnus of Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is a former collegiate and professional golfer, and has worked part-time in the family real estate business off and on since high school. Michael became a full time licensed real estate broker in 2013 and is already one of the Metro area's top-producing real estate agents. He has been a national Real Estate coach and is a 3-time winner of 5280 Magazine's 5-Star Real Estate Professional "Rising Star Award". This award is limited to only roughly 50 agents statewide. Michael is also a CMHS (Certified Military Housing Specialist) and, to date, has helped hundreds of families purchase or sell their home.

Pam Baird is a GRI, E-Pro and Certified Military Housing Specialist, as well as having been awarded 5280 Magazine's 5 Star Real Estate Professional award. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas, and has lived in Colorado since 1997. She has been around real estate her entire life, having grown up with parents and grandparents in the construction industry. She and Gary owned a custom home building company in Kansas in the 1980's. For many years, Pam was the office manager for Baird & Associates Real Estate Appraisals, and she has had her Real Estate sales license since 2004. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and long walks with their Golden Doodle Rocky.

Jamie has lived all over! She was born in Wyoming, raised in Texas, but lived in California for 5 years. She then moved to Seattle for 2 years and then to Denver, where she plans to stay! Jamie comes from an animal background and worked with exotic animals for about 6 years, as well as being a dog trainer at Petco. The retail background is super helpful when it comes to working with people and it makes Jamie personable and easy to talk to.
